We have worked with Local Authorities around London assisting them to develop and implement sales strategies for shared ownership and outright sales. Given the traditional skill set of staff in the Local Authorities where there is a strong emphasis on supporting general needs tenants we provide help by identifying any skill gaps, training and coaching front line staff and departmental managers to equip them to provide a widening range of services. BMAPG and the London Borough of Ealing
BMAPG were originally contracted to Ealing Council to consult on the creation of the private arm of their housing department, Broadway Living. BMAPG supported the designs of Broadway Living’s first private rented flats before being asked to market, let and manage those flats. BMAPG has now been requested to conduct further work with Broadway Living to set up their shared ownership and sales products.
